We often experience that our customers requires our help to handle different kinds of matters when they are back in their home cuntry. It can be questions regarding bills, or other questions that requires us to contact the public agencies here in Turkey. Here at J.O. Dreams, we would be happy to assist in such matters, however, the public agencies in Turkey refuse to hand over any information etc. unless it's to you in person. Therefore we need a power of atorney for when you request us to collect answers on your behalf, stating that we represent you here in Turkey.
In order to make a valid power of attorney you need to go to the notary office in Turkey, notary office in your home country or the Turkish embassy in your home country. A power of attorney incl. everything costs approx. 500-600 TL in Turkey.
In case you chose to have the power of atorney issued in your home country, please know that it must be apostille stamped by the agency that provides such kind of stamp. In Denmark it is the Foreign Ministry (UM).
A power of atorney is valid in such way that it gives us permission to represent you here in Turkey and it is issued exactly how you want it to be which mean that it does not necessarily, need to be issued again and again. If you wish to cancel the power of atorney,this mus also be done at a notary office.
