If you and your family or guests wish a comfortable transfer to and from the airport, we can offer you that. Our cars are provided with air condition and our drivers are always ready to give you a good and enjoyable trip to and from Alanya. Our prices are set by number of persons and we make sure that you will have a safe drive to and from Alanya.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Due to the major exchange difficulties currently being experienced in Turkey, the price of your order will be calculated based on the exchange rates published on the day of the airport transfer.

How does a transfer work?

If you are sitting at the airport in your country and is informed that your flight is delayed, then we wish to receive a phone call about that on phone no.+90 538 702 53 94.

Besides that our drivers check all departures before leaving Alanya and driving to the airport in Antalya or in Gazipasa.

When you book your transfer though us, you will be picked up by one of our private drivers in the airport.  Our driver will stand with a sign at the airport, writing J.O. Dreams. The driver will drive you directly to your holiday home in Alanya.

If the driver has difficulties finding the exact address, we will appreciate if you can help show the way as there are many projects that have the same name in Alanya.

The driver checks the address before driving from Alanya.

The driver is waiting at the airport for maximum 75 minutes after the expected time of arrival.

If there is an error in the order, our customer will also only wait for maximum 75 minutes after arrival time. If the driver has not arrived within this time, you take a taxi and we will deduct the difference (Beyond our price) you had to pay for a taxi (maximum 80 Euro).

Example: Arrival 01:45 - waiting until 03:00 (It often takes half an hour / three quarter before you get your luggage, etc., and until you're out)

If you have problems with your luggage, we expect that you go out to the driver and notifiy him or call us at phone no. +90 538 702 53 94 to prevent the driver from leaving after 75 minutes.

When you come out from the exit of the terminal, we kindly ask you to await the driver 30 feet straight up, giving the driver a chance to know who and where you are.

If you can´t see the driver when you come out, call our service personnel (+90 538 702 53 94). Maybe the driver can´t find you at the airport, he could be in the wrong terminal, the car can be punctured on the road etc.

Upon your departure we recommend that you call the following phone number: (+90 538 702 53 94) in case our driver has not shown up no later than 5-10 minutes after the agreed pick up time.

Payment for the transfer will be made by transferring money to our account or cash at our office. Otherwise we will withdraw the money from your home service account her by J.O. Dreams. If you are not Home Service customer, we kindly inform you that we can't book or carry out the transfer before you have carryed out the payment. Please book transfer at least 36 hours prior to arrival / departure

For Antalya departures we will pick you up 4 hours before your flight time. For Gazipaşa departures we will pick you up 3 hours before your flight time.
